I gladly accept returns and exchanges (exceptions noted below)
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Earrings due to sanitary reasons
- Digital downloads

If you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order. I will accept refunds and/or exchanges as long as the pieces are in their original condition, have not been worn, and are not custom. If you decide to make a return, your original order amount will be refunded minus the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.

Custom orders are not returnable, but if you do have concerns please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

If your order arrives and you notice a design flaw, please contact us and repairs will be made free of charge.
